Same-Day Dispatch and Delivery Times (UK Mainland)

Dispatch Type	Details
Same-Day Dispatch	Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
Next-Day Dispatch	Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Timeline

For UK Mainland, completed orders dispatched on working days are delivered within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday).

Handling Time

0-1 days (Monday - Friday), excluding public holidays.

Delivery Guidelines

• Ensure that the correct delivery address and postcode is provided to avoid delays or additional charges.
• All deliveries must be checked, counted, and signed for at the point of delivery.
• After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the goods will be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur additional shipping costs.

Working Days Defined

• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank or national holidays.
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Example : An order placed on Saturday will be treated as if it was placed on Monday (unless Monday is a bank holiday).

Additional Delivery Charges for Remote Areas

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas based on the weight and dimensions of the consignment.
